Edmond de Rothschild

Real estate

Developing complementary expertise for clients, based on the Group's values of excellence and customised services

Edmond de Rothschild Group has developed a range of expertise in the real estate sector so that it can support its clients who need to diversify or to manage their professional or family property.

Wealth management

Because real estate forms an integral part of the family heritage, the Group offers active support for its customers in dealing with their property issues. Through our wealth management or family advisory departments, we can either call on or consult the best specialists in the fields of residential, rental or professional real estate.

Investment fund management

Real estate can also be seen as an asset class in its own right, deployed as part of an overall asset allocation. Our management offer has therefore been expanded in recent years to include themed investments funds that allow customers to profit from the dynamism of certain segments of the property market, in Europe and worldwide.

Development and renovation

The Group is also active in real estate development and renovation, with nearly 2,000,000 m2 built or remodelled into housing, offices or commercial premises, part of which is retained in the portfolio.

Today, thanks to the size of its own assets and real estate holdings, Edmond de Rothschild Group offer unparalleled financial security and can therefore provide - with a constant focus on quality - guarantees and partnerships in all fields where it is active, including management and administration on behalf of third parties.
