- 77% of the equity in Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild S.A., the Swiss group’s parent company. The Bank’s shares are listed on the Swiss stock exchange.
- 97% of Compagnie Financière Saint-Honoré, the ultimate holding company of the French group. Compagnie Financière Saint-Honoré heads up, primarily in France, La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild Banque and its affiliates.
