Mozaïk RH, a recruitment firm which was part of the "Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship".

skills sponsorship for women
Launched in 2011 by Mozaïk RH, the PasserElles programme provides support for young women graduates from underprivileged neighborhoods to build a career project and to ease their entry into professional life. These young women are assisted in their personal and individual journey by HR consultants from Mozaïk RH and by mentors from partner companies. The mentor's mission is to help these young women lift employment entry barriers, overcome self-censorship, to help them in defining their professional project and in their job search. All in all, to help them find a position in a company.
Since the launch of the programme, the recruitment firm coached about 300 young women towards employment. 50% of them found a job within 3 months of entering the programme; 80% within 6 months.
The Edmond de Rothschild Group has been a partner of PasserElles since 2012 and, every year, about fifteen employees commit to the programme and mentor young women in their job search.
