The Edmond de Rothschild Group launched in January 2016 the 5th edition of the PasserElles programme.

First initiated by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations, this programme is part of a partnership with Mozaïk RH, a recruitment firm which was part of the "Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship".

Mozaïk RH is a non-profit recruitment firm that strives to help young graduates from underprivileged neighborhoods gain a foothold in the job market. In 7 years, Mozaïk RH helped 3,000 young graduates get a job and generated over 10,000 interviews.

Launched in 2011 by Mozaïk RH, the PasserElles programme provides support for young women graduates from underprivileged neighborhoods to build a career project and to ease their entry into professional life. These young women are assisted in their personal and individual journey by HR consultants from Mozaïk RH and by mentors from partner companies. The mentor's mission is to help these young women lift employment entry barriers, overcome self-censorship, to help them in defining their professional project and in their job search. All in all, to help them find a position in a company.

Since the launch of the programme, the recruitment firm coached about 300 young women towards employment. 50% of them found a job within 3 months of entering the programme; 80% within 6 months.

The Edmond de Rothschild Group has been a partner of PasserElles since 2012 and, every year, about fifteen employees commit to the programme and mentor young women in their job search.

"I strongly believe that diversity is a source of wealth and that the key to a sustainable society is inclusion.  I find it essential that a group like ours should do its part; the commitment of our employees is indispensable". Ariane de Rothschild

Overall, 63 mentors mentored 69 young women, 45 of whom are currently employed. Close to twenty employees have already committed to the 2016 edition and the recruitment campaign is still ongoing.
