Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance has advised Butler Capital Partners on the sale of 66 % of ADIT to Weinberg Capital Partners

Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance has advised Butler Capital Partners, who held a 66% stake in the share capital of Agence pour la Diffusion de l’Information Technologique (ADIT) following the privatization of the company in 2011, in the sale of its stake to Weinberg Capital Partners. The remaining shares, owned by l’Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE), will be partially transferred to BPI France.

ADIT is the leader in France in the strategic intelligence sector with rapidly growing  sales of circa €30m. The company assists its customers in preparing, implementing and securing their international development projects by delivering high value added information and analyses in the fields of strategic intelligence, risk prevention and risk management, geographic business intelligence and diplomatic intelligence. ADIT relies on an internal team of 200 analysts and network of over 500 correspondents and experts throughout the world.

This transaction will allow ADIT to enter a new phase in its development thanks to identified areas of growth :  expanding the range of services, pursuing the development an international client-base and new sector expertise.
