On Friday February 6th, the 2015 edition of Seedstars World celebrated innovating start-ups from emerging countries. The winner of the competition was the Philippine start-up, Salarium. With Judah Hirsch as CEO, Salarium provides optimal payroll software that assists professionals in performing all major and minor HR functions. It is a cloud-based payroll system that simplifies complex payroll processes without cutting corners.
