To build each new boat, you not only have to learn from past experience, but also have the courage to explore new pathways.

The pioneering spirit embodied by Gitana in its approach to innovation is also reflected in its people management. Today, the Gitana Team is made up of twenty experts from a wide range of fields: architecture, engineering, composite materials, hydraulics, rigging, deck fittings, onboard electronics and IT.
