Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) (the "Bank") is a société anonyme (public limited company) under Luxembourg law, whose registered office is at 20 Boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B0019194. The Bank is a credit institution approved in Luxembourg and subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (110 Route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg).

SERVICES PROVIDED BY CACEIS
As part of the normal course of its business, Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) (“ EdRE”) entered into arrangements with CACEIS Bank Luxembourg for the provision of safekeeping, central administration and related services. Although EdRE has delegated the performance of such functions to CACEIS Bank Luxembourg its liability vis-à-vis its clients is not affected thereby. EdRE will ensure that potential conflicts of interest will be properly identified, managed, monitored and disclosed and will at all times have regard to its obligations under applicable laws.
The Bank, its subidiaries and branches, keeps available to the Client, on simple request and during the business opening hours of its offices, details of its "Client claim management policy".
Generally speaking Clients' claims shall at first be addressed to the Bank, in writing to the attention of the Responsible of claims' management and shall contain all elements allowing to identify the Client such as his identity, his contact details, the purpose of the claim and the involved account number. The claim shall contain all usefull and/or necessary elements such as described in the above mentioned "Client claim management policy".
If the problem can not be resolved within ten business days of receiving the claim, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Client. The latter will then receive an answer within thirty business days. Some claims, however, can be complex and require a longer processing time. The Client will then be kept informed of the situation.
In the case the answer given to the Client does not correspond to expectations, the Client can use the procedure of out-of-court complaint resolution with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) or the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA). His request must be made within one year after the first filing of the claim with the Bank, its subsidiaries and branches.
