LaTricogne Capital is a family investment holding created in 1998. It invested in Cofitem-Cofimur in the past and has since taken part in successive IPOs enabling it to become a lead shareholder of Gecina.
LaTricogne Capital, now chaired by Arnault Dumont, has diversified its investments and now manages four investment units: the Bureaux et Commercial SIIC unit, the Immobilier Direct unit, the Private Equity unit and the Sociétés Non Cotées unit.
The new financing, unique in the marketplace, is structured like a five-year corporate line and is intended to support LaTricogne Capital’s ambitious investment strategy. The financing is particularly flexible. It was arranged by BECM and LCL and syndicated with Banque Populaire Rives de Paris. It will provide the holding with significant flexibility to take advantage of investment opportunities.
