Our team.

Jonathan is a Managing Partner and member of the Executive Committee within the Corporate Finance team. Jonathan is responsible for M&A activity in the hotel, tourism, leisure and food retail/restaurant sectors, and is also active in the real estate and financial services sectors. He has over 15 years' experience in the M&A sector.

Before joining Edmond de Rothschild in 2014, Jonathan held several M&A positions at Acxior Corporate Finance, EY Corporate Finance, Partanea (now Oddo Corporate Finance) and Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking.

Jonathan is a graduate of CentraleSupelec and holds a Master's degree from Columbia University.
