Vanessa GUYOT-SIONNEST is Associate Director, member of the Management Committee, at EDRCF since October 2021, in charge of the disposal of real assets held directly or indirectly, with over 20 years' experience in real estate transaction consulting.

Vanessa began her career with the law firm Vogel & Vogel in 1996, before joining Auguste Thouard & Associés in the Office Department. After three years as a consultant, in early 2001 she helped found Catella Property Consultants, where she has been a partner and Head of Investment since January 2020.

Vanessa holds a DEA in Business Law (Panthéon-Sorbonne), a DESS in Real Estate Law (Assas) and is a member of the Paris Bar.

Commercial property assets: sale of a 1,100 m² office property in Paris (75007) to a family office, sale of a 2,000 m² office property in Levallois-Perret (92) to Edgar Suites, sale of a 19,000 m² car garage property in Paris (75018) to Groupe Galia;

Logistics/activity real estate assets: sale of a 16,000 m² logistics asset in Bernolsheim (67) to Arkea Reim, sale of two car dealerships in Chambly (60) and Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt (95) with a total surface area of around 8,000 m² to Iroko Zen, sale of a warehouse in Aubervilliers (93) to 6è Sens Immobilier;

Healthcare assets: sale of a 95-room Résidence Services Séniors in Lille (59) to Columbia Threadneedle;

Retail assets: sale of the Urban Renaissance portfolio of shopping malls located in Saint Germaine en Laye (78), Pantin (93), Montpellier (34) and Nice (06) with a total surface area of around 15,000 m² to Sofidy;

Residential assets: sale of a mixed-use residential and retail asset in Paris (75006) with a surface area of around 1,350 m² to a family office.
