Colibri, a new headquarters to embody our vision.

In the heart of the Etang eco-district in Geneva, Colibri marks a new stage in the history of Edmond de Rothschild. More than just a building, it is a reflection of who we are, a committed, agile and sustainable bank.

A place to unleash
our potential.

Edmond de Rothschild is moving into Colibri, in the Etang eco-district. This new 13,000m2 building brings together Geneve’s 750 employees, previously spread across six different sites.

The concept for this new headquarters originated with Ariane de Rothschild. Working with Lausanne-based architect-anthropologist Catherine Bonnet, she shaped its architectural vision, the flow of movement through the spaces, a welcoming environment for both employees and clients, a more open, horizontal style of human interaction, and an interior design echoing the House’s history.

Place’s philosophy mirrors our own, founded on sustainability, intergenerational links and functionality.

An expression of rooted luxury.

The 7th floor, dedicated to customers, offers an exceptional view of the Jura and a privileged reception area, in the aesthetic continuity of the historic headquarters where the idea of deep-rooted luxury unfolds.

Throughout the building, natural materials and decorative elements inspired by the Edmond de Rothschild universe (sailing, viticulture, agriculture) create an environment that is both refined and sensory.

Responsible implementation.

The Étang eco-district, where Colibri is located, is a reflection of our commitment: a mixed-use, innovative, sustainable urban project connected to the world.

Close to Geneva airport and train stations, it is home to housing, businesses, shops and public facilities.

Colibri participates in a new way of inhabiting our profession.

Looking to the future, this building reflects our desire to perpetuate a useful bank, anchored in reality, focused on impact and designed for future generations.
