Nicolas Manceau is a Managing Partner and member of the Management Committee at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance. He has more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory and has advised more than 60 transactions in the small and mid cap worlds with private and family groups, entrepreneurs and investment funds. He has worked in the B2B services, B2B distribution, industry, construction and healthcare sectors.
 
Prior to joining Edmond de Rothschild in 2025, Nicolas was a Partner at Adviso Partners and previously at KPMG Corporate Finance in Nantes. He began his career in 2005 in Paris at the investment fund Avenir Entreprises (now Bpifrance Investissement) before moving into mergers and acquisitions consulting at the French office of DDA & Company in 2008.
 
Nicolas is in charge of the Nantes office and covers the West of France.
