Within Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance, Pierre is in charge of the "Green & Infra" vertical, at the heart of the energy and environmental transition. The structuring of this vertical, which began in 2023, has two key ambitions: the first is to highlight groups with a positive impact and benefiting from promising megatrends (decarbonisation of the economy, circular economy, etc.) - the team notably advised on the 2B SI and Hubency deals. The second ambition is to help managers and shareholders of groups with ESG positioning issues to formulate their investment thesis prior to a transaction.
Pierre began his career in 2007 at Société Générale in London, in project and acquisition finance in the Infrastructure sector. In 2009, Pierre joined Barclays Capital in London within the Power, Infrastructure & Utilities team, working on a wide range of M&A, debt and equity transactions for the bank's European clients. In 2012, Pierre joined Rothschild & Cie's Paris teams in the Financial Affairs department, where he was involved in numerous M&A transactions for both corporate clients and financial investors. At Rothschild & Cie, Pierre has been exposed to numerous stock market situations.
