Alexandre Aron-Brunetière is a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and has over 12 years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Promoted to Managing Director in 2025, Alexandre joined Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance in 2014. Before joining the Group, he began his career in financial markets (Macquarie) and in investments (Artemis) in Paris and London.
He has advised on more than 50 transactions involving capital reorganisations, full disposals and external growth strategies on behalf of investment funds and entrepreneur-managers or family groups.
Alexandre is notably responsible for Tech-related topics (software, tech-enabled services companies and B2B digital services) and is also active in Healthcare (pharmaceutical laboratories, CRO/CDMO, radiology/radiotherapy).
Alexandre holds a Master in Management with a major in Finance (2013) from ESCP Business School.
