Cédric Van Kerrebroeck joins Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management to further develop the firm’s presence in the Belgian market, focusing on wholesale and retail clients, as well as selected institutional investors and life insurers.
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management announces the appointment of Cédric Van Kerrebroeck as Sales Representative Belgium, effective on March 2nd. In his new role, Cédric will be responsible for developing new business with professional clients in Belgium and for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients and consultants across the country. He will cover wholesale and retail segments, as well as selected institutional clients and life insurers. Based in Brussels, Cédric reports to Nicolas Bonardo, Head of Distribution France and Benelux, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.
Cédric brings nearly 20 years of experience in the banking and asset management industry, with a strong track record in sales, fundraising and business development. He joins Edmond de Rothschild from Fenthum in Luxembourg, where he was working since 2013, most recently as Country Head of Benelux & Deputy Global Head, overseeing the exclusive distribution of ETHENEA and MAINFIRST funds and leading sales teams. Prior to that, he was Fixed Income Specialist / Sales at KNG Securities LLP in London from December 2012 to September 2013.From 2006 to 2012, Cédric held several positions at Deutsche Bank Belgium in Brussels, starting as Fund Analyst before becoming Product Manager (Structured Products) and then EuroBond Trader. He began his career in fund analysis and product management, progressively moving into trading and senior sales roles with a focus on fixed income and investment solutions for professional clients.
Cédric holds a Master in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Corporate Finance, as well as a Master in Banking and Finance, both from the University of Ghent in Belgium.
