A new House in the heart of Monaco.

After forty years of presence in Monaco, Edmond de Rothschild is opening a new chapter in its history in the Principality, with a new address in the heart of La Condamine. More than an office complex, this new location was designed to resemble an inviting, airy townhouse, conceived to bring areas of expertise closer together, facilitate dialogue and enrich the client experience.

A new chapter in a long-standing history.

In this 5,300-square-metre space, Edmond de Rothschild brings together its employees and all of its private banking expertise: relationship banking, discretionary management, advisory, real estate financing, wealth planning and life insurance brokerage.

This new address embodies who we are at our core: a family-owned, independent House, attentive to spaces, ways of living, and human relationships.

A place for dialogue and interaction.

From the architectural design to the circulation spaces, the building was conceived to facilitate dialogue, encourage interaction, and offer clients and co-workers alike a more open, fluid environment.

The sixth and seventh floors house the reception lounges reserved for clients. Two large tree-lined terraces offer 360-degree views of the Principality.

In keeping with the spirit of the House, clients can entrust their vehicles to valet parking or request a ride in the English cab decorated in the discreet colours of our House. Two distinctive courtesies in the world of banking, reflecting a vision of service and luxury unique to Edmond de Rothschild.

An ecosystem
brought to life.

For the first time, Edmond de Rothschild brings together several expressions of its ecosystem under one roof.

On the sixth floor, the Wine Club pays tribute to Edmond de Rothschild wines. Whether originating from France, Spain, New Zealand, Argentina or South Africa, they are showcased here in an elegant setting designed to offer the bank’s clients a unique tasting experience.

On the ground floor, Caron is opening its first Monegasque address. More than a retail space, the boutique is conceived as a gathering place at the crossroads of fragrance, design and contemporary art.

Private banking, Edmond de Rothschild wines and Maison Caron thus give concrete expression to a story forged over the long term, combining finance, entrepreneurship, transmission and exceptional creations.

A place shaped in the image of our House.

Bathed in natural light, the building offers 360-degree views of Port Hercule, the rooftops of La Condamine, the Rock, Italy and the mountains.

The interior design reflects the visual signatures and history of Edmond de Rothschild. Red, blue and yellow subtly reference the family coat of arms. The compass and five arrows appear in refined touches.

Portholes recall the family’s maritime commitment through the Gitana saga, while outsized photographs illustrate the Group’s activities and the fields of activity associated with it: Megève, Edmond de Rothschild wines, the Ferme des 30 Arpents and Gitana Team.

Sustainable architecture in the city’s fabric.

Facing Place d’Armes square and the Monaco market, the new building is part of the urban fabric of La Condamine. Its architecture resonates with the Mediterranean spirit: glazed bricks and tiles, cabochons adorning the façades, and wrought-iron balconies.
