Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management has acquired a hotel in Stafford in the United Kingdom, on behalf of one of its retail strategies

The asset is fully leased to Travelodge, one of the UK's leading hotel operators. The brand operates a vast network of hotels across the country and benefits from a strong position in a highly resilient sector. The remaining lease term is 18 years, offering strong long-term rental stability.

After many months of work, waiting and preciously guarded secrets, the new Gitana/Verdier designed Maxi Edmond de Rothschild was unveiled this Wednesday, December 3rd in Lorient, Brittany.

The Baltic Storage Platform (BSP) joint venture -bringing together French independent solar power producer Corsica Sole, Estonia’s leading renewable energy developer Evecon, and Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investment - has successfully secured €85.6 million in financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, and the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) for its two battery energy storage projects, Hertz 1 and Hertz 2, located in Estonia.

Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management is adding a new investment expertise to its existing capability with the recruitment of an active management quant team. Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM), through one of its pan-European strategies, and UNIQ Residential have reinforced their successful relationship with a new residential development in Barcelona, specifically in the area of Plaza de las Glòrìes, in the neighbourhood of Poblenou.

This marks the latest collaboration between the two companies, following their previous development, Casa Maury Pares on Calle Mallorca, which included 22 residential properties and a 104-bed senior living development, in central Barcelona.

Edmond de Rothschild announces the appointment of Eric de Tessières as Group Chief Sustainability Officer. Reporting to Cynthia Tobiano, Deputy CEO, Eric took up his post on 7 April. He will oversee all of the group’s sustainability initiatives, across asset management and private banking. 

EPISO 6, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and joint venture partner Edmond de Rothschild REIM, have acquired a c.136,000 sqm logistics development in Delta 3 - Dourges (Lille area).
